Remove it before swimming, exercising,
or using soaps, detergents, or harsh chemicals.

Clean gently with warm water, mild soap,
and a soft toothbrush.
Dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Check clasps, stones, and settings regularly.
If anything feels loose or has changed,
stop wearing the piece and contact us.

When not worn, store each piece separately
in its original KOER box or a soft pouch.

Store chains flat with the clasp closed
to prevent tangling.

Repairs & Maintenance

KOER offers care and repair services
to help your piece last.

Services may include cleaning, polishing,
and repairs.

Warranty

KOER provides a two-year warranty
from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers eligible craftsmanship
and manufacturing issues.

It does not cover loss, normal wear and tear,
improper care or storage, damage from accidents,
misuse or negligence, exposure to harsh chemicals,
or alterations or repairs performed by a third party.
