Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.
Online Store Terms
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have permission to use the Services as required by applicable law.
You may not use the Services or our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws in connection with your use of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms.
Products & Made-to-Order Pieces
KOER jewelry is made to order.
We make every effort to describe and display our pieces, materials, colors, dimensions, and other product details as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, lighting, and the natural characteristics of materials.
Because our pieces are made individually, slight variations may occur. Such variations are part of the nature of fine jewelry and craftsmanship and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may be changed at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue a piece or limit the availability or quantity of any product or Service.
Orders
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, payment issues, product availability, shipping restrictions, or suspected resale.
If we change or cancel an order after it has been placed, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided with your order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and contact information so that we can process your order and contact you when necessary.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may change without notice.
You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable shipping charges, taxes, customs fees, and duties where applicable.
Payments are processed through Shopify and available third-party payment providers. Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.
Shipping
Every piece is made to order. Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for your piece to be made, in addition to shipping time.
Complimentary shipping is available on all U.S. orders.
International orders may be subject to taxes, customs fees, and duties upon delivery. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns
Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in our Returns Policy.
If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@koer.nyc within 72 hours of delivery.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom, modified, engraved, or otherwise personalized pieces may be subject to additional terms, pricing, and production times communicated to you before the order is confirmed.
Once confirmed, custom and personalized orders are final sale except where required by applicable law.
Care, Repairs & Warranty
KOER provides a two-year warranty from the date of purchase covering eligible craftsmanship and manufacturing issues.
The warranty does not cover loss, normal wear and tear, improper care or storage, damage caused by accidents, misuse or negligence, exposure to harsh chemicals, or alterations or repairs performed by a third party.
Care and repair services may be available outside the warranty and may be subject to additional fees.

Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Services is accurate and current.
Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping, or other details.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order affected by inaccurate information, subject to applicable law.
Third-Party Services & Links
The Services may provide access to third-party services, tools, payment providers, or websites that we do not own or control.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
